Open Enrollment January 23rd through April 30, 2012
Note: Educators can enroll into the courses at anytime during the time period. However in order to
receive credit for the 2012 Spring Semester the activities of a course
will need to be submitted by April 30th
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER ON-LINE
1. Select the course(s) and click to add to the cart. This automatically enrolls you into the course.
2. Each course is $50.00 per course which includes the CD Rom curriculum and DVDs (Note: Not
all courses include a DVD)
3. Complete the on-line registration through PayPal.
4. You will receive a curriculum packet in which a university registration form will be included.
5. Fill out the Idaho State University (ISU) registration form and send in the graduate credit fee of
$50.00 per credit ($100.00 per course) payable to ISU and return to the address provided.
Note: Registration can also be completed through the mail. Copy the PDF Brochure and send it per the instructions on the brochure.
